The elected and appointed officials of the Village of Marathon City are working to move the Village Forward, with Focus.  A number of key areas have been identified through discussions, meetings and planning forums completed by the Village.

– Continue Downtown Re-development

– Increase Population Density In and Around the Village

– Promote and Expand Residential Districts to Drive Growth

– Convert Commuting Workforce to Residents

– Address Business Park Capacity and Growth Plans

– Expand and Develop Outdoor Recreational Opportunities

– Work With Our Neighboring Townships Assuring Mutual Services and Improved Communications
