Water & Wastewater Rates
The Marathon City Water Utility is regulated by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC) and request for change in water rates are processed through the PSC. The Marathon City Wastewater Utility is not regulated by the PSC and rate changes are made by majority vote of the Village Utility Commission. Rate changes for either water or wastewater are driven by budgetary requirements of the utilities.
