Publication of Ordinances
Please take notice that on November 4, 2026 the Village of Marathon City approved the following Ordinance updates: Creation of Ordinance 10.2.8 entitled Regulation of E-Bikes, E-Scooters, E-Motos, Gas-Powered Scooters and Gas-Powered Bicycles, Amendment of Ordinance Section 11.5.5 Purchase or Possession of Tobacco Products and Creation of Ordinance Section 11.5.6 Possession of Controlled Substances. Said Ordinance updates became effective November 4, 2026. The full text of Ordinances may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s office at 311 Walnut Street Marathon City, WI 54448.
